The Developers

A Legacy of Luxury

The moment you arrive in a neighborhood crafted by Henry MacNair and Will MacNair, you immediately sense the difference. Grand entrances framed by lush landscaping, naturally sculpted land, and gently winding roads set the stage for homesites designed with care and precision. Every detail reflects an unmatched commitment to beauty, permanence, and luxury.

Renowned for their vision, the MacNair’s have long been celebrated for creating communities that transcend the ordinary—places of enduring elegance, thoughtful design, and unmistakable presence. Each neighborhood is shaped to harmonize with the land, ensuring not only an environment of quality and enjoyment but also the protection of your most important investment: your home.

Henry and Will take their responsibility for the land seriously.

“The decisions we make about the land today will last forever. We take pride seeing our communities mature knowing that we did everything possible in treating the land with respect.”

Over the years, Henry has become a master at preserving the land’s natural beauty, a quality that contributes immeasurably to the character and value of each community.

“Each property is unique and has its own character. We work with these characteristics to design a community plan that enhances the land’s inherent beauty and natural qualities, to honor its history, and protect the integrity of the land.”

Their philosophy is simple yet profound:

“We don’t force our vision on the land; we allow the land to help define our vision. We follow the natural contours and ridges, carefully laying out lots and roads to disturb as little as possible while providing the best homesites for future buyers. Then we add a grand entrance and landscaping that complements the land and sets the tone for the community.”

Henry MacNair, a lifelong Raleigh resident and a familiar name throughout the Triangle, brings more than four decades of experience in custom home building and neighborhood development. After graduating from NC State University, he earned his real estate license in 1979 and began his career in sales. By 1989, he had founded Premiere Homes, Inc., building award-winning custom cottages, villas, townhomes and homes across Wake County, with a focus on luxury, maintenance-free living. In 1995, Henry co-founded Creedmoor Partners LLC, a development partnership that over the next 16 years created some of the Triangle’s most sought-after luxury communities, earning numerous accolades along the way.

In 2013, Henry’s son, Will MacNair, joined him in business. A graduate of UNC–Wilmington with a degree in Finance, Will obtained his real estate license in 2014 and quickly became an integral part of the firm’s continued success. Together, Henry and Will have developed high-end neighborhoods and built luxury homes and townhomes, that elevate the standard of excellence in the region.

Their combined expertise as both builders and developers gives them a unique perspective. They understand the challenges faced by homeowners and builders alike, and they design communities with foresight—providing homesites that allow for optimal home placement, expansive outdoor living, pools, circular drives, and ease in construction. With every project, their goal remains the same: to create neighborhoods of enduring beauty and distinction, where luxury is not just promised but lived.
